It was once his sanctuary now it’s become his tomb
He sold his soul to a devil, he can never get it back
He regretted the moment as the blood dried on the pact

And he knows, it just a matter of time
Before he faces the consequence he can never leave behind
It’s all leading up, to one final day
There is an old debt, he knows he’ll have to repay

He wakes up screaming, another cold blooded sweat
he curses the darkness and wishes he could just forget
But all the wishing in the world, can't change what is done
He closes his eyes knowing the nightmares will come

And he knows that this moment is the time
He has to face the consequence; he tried to leave behind
It’s been leading up to his judgement day
The uncollected debt, the time has come to repay

He sits alone knowing; the end will come as no surprise
